  18. English wordlist created by Kevin Atkinson for Pspell 
  19. and  Aspell and thus is covered by his original 
  20. LGPL license.  The affix file is a heavily modified
  21. version of the original english.aff file which was
  22. released as part of Geoff Kuenning's Ispell and as 
  23. such is covered by his BSD license.
